I would say I’m above average as far as my knowledge on computers, but sometimes I’ll forget things cause I’m not always talking about computers or dealing with them. I recently got a job in the computer section of Best Buy and I want to build up my knowledge of computer hardware and software so I can do my best. Not looking for anything too advanced and crazy that will just get me lost.

I have a toshiba laptop that i got 4 days ago but im returning it because it got blue screen of death which im pretty sure isnt a good sign. Im going to exchange it for a different one at best buy. Which laptops do you guys think are reliable and can handle gamin and normal use. My price range is about 0-0. Please leave answers!

I took my old laptop in to Best Buy today because it had stopped booting. It is a few years old and they said it is more cost efficeient to buy a new one than to put money into the old one. So, now i’m trying to choose a new notebook computer. I am a teacher but this is my home computer. I want it for music, picture and video playing and editing, School related things (word processing, powerpoint) and internet as well as my financial records etc. I do not want a Mac because it will not be compatible with my computers at school. Any suggestions? What should I be looking for?

I am a high school student in search of a laptop. I’ve seen many laptops in ads for best buy and other stores that are under 00. Some of them are as low as 0. I was wondering, for my purposes, would one of these laptops be good enough? Also, in 2 years when I go to college, will this laptop still be good enough? Finally, I was hoping to find a colored laptop, preferably red. The only one I’ve really seen so far is the sony vaio, which is way out of my price range. Any suggestions?
